MyndSpark Inc. (“MyndSpark,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we may collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access or use our mobile application, website, and related services (the “Services”).

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

  • Usage Data: Mood check-ins, journal entries, affirmations, goals, and activity logs.
  • Device Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser, and technical identifiers.
  • Chatbot Interactions: Conversations with Princy AI, which may be processed by third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI) to generate responses. We do not control how third parties process data on their systems.
  • Sensitive Information: We do not intend to collect health or medical data. If you voluntarily provide it, you assume responsibility for doing so.

3. HOW WE MAY USE YOUR INFORMATION

We may use your information for purposes including, but not limited to:

  • Operating and improving the Services;
  • Personalizing features and recommendations;
  • Conducting research and analytics;
  • Detecting and preventing misuse or fraud;

    • User negligence or failure to secure credentials;
    • Errors, delays, or interruptions in the Services.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or emotional well-being.

Our total liability under this Policy shall not exceed CAD $100.
